Weston Noble, internationally acclaimed choral conductor and music educator and Professor Emeritus at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, has been designated a Lowell Mason Fellow.
Lowell Mason (1792-1872) is credited with introducing music instruction to American public schools and establishing teacher training in music education.
